In v8's unit test(div-mod.js), (43 % 0.3) expected <0.10000000000000159> by
using fmod. But if modulo implemented being followed ECMA Script, found
<0.10000000000000142>. Actually precion issue is being existed... I don't
know why v8 use fmod that is not allowed in ECMA Script.
ECMA Script says that r = n − (d * q) is formula of modulo operation
