How much more impressive would it be if instead of hearing "we refuse to
implement the conventional behavior because the spec says it's optional",
we heard "while the spec regards the order of the keys as optional, Chrome
guarantees that the order of the keys will be preserved". Which of those
statements would make you love Chrome more?
