We tried to make as much V8 code strict as possible, but it won't work for
v8natives or runtime.js. I don't remember the exact reasons, but some of
the functions in there need to behave like sloppy ones to match the spec
(you'll probably find out quickly by the test failures you get when you
try). So at best you can make individual functions strict, but I'm not sure
that's worth it.
