The previous implementation would
inadvertently 'set_should_eager_compile()' a
lot more functions than merely the discovered initialization-like functions.
This latest change fixes that at the cost of an additional single-use flag
in
FunctionLiteral. Not pretty, but it fixes the splay-latency regression.
(Side note: Looking back, that was actually a rather big mistake. I'm
surprised
only spay-latency caught this.)
