Yes, there were many rounds of discussion and experiments (by Microsoft)
trying to narrow down what the interesection semantics is. In the end,
Brian and Allen were confident to have found it with the current Annex B. I
hope they are right, but I think IE already implements it (which doesn't
necessarily say anything about mobile).
