The result shows that lexical `this` feature works on `V8 4.4` but `V8
4.5`. So which V8 version is this bug correctly fixed?
P/s. It can not be a separate matter. It's even better to directly report a
Javascript bug to V8 team rather than Chromium or nodejs team. I think V8
team should, at least, provide some information about the latest supported
version.
