@lewis, #57: that is working as intended. Lexical `this` means that it is
bound to the `this` from the enclosing scope. It cannot be retargeted
using `call()` or `apply()`. If you try the same code in Edge, Firefox or
even the Babel transpiler¹, you'll see the same result.
