Apple and Mozilla have relatively small teams focused JS engine work, from my 
perspective — and their respective teams may have other priorities for the 
quarter.

That said, it’s a fairly straight forward standard library feature, the sort a 
new team member or volunteer could contribute without being fluent in JSC or 
SpiderMonkey. That’s all I meant.
