Hello, I am looking to submit a patch to enable vtune support while building wee8 library. This will be for bazel build. Currently, the flag `v8_enable_vtunejit` is not supported in bazel, so I'd be enabling this, conditionally enabling vtune code event handler in wasm/c-api.cc, so that embedders that use wasm-c-api as opposed to v8's embedder API (like Envoy) would be able to get vtune support. If more details about this patch are needed here, I'm happy to provide them, let me know.
