While a number of people have chimed in saying that they don't think this
is a bug, not one person has said please don't fix it.
Because of course fixing the behavior wouldn't break anyone's sites.
So the stars represent a bunch of people who either don't care, or really
really want the in-order iteration behavior back.
Whatever the ratio between these two groups, this is a crystal-clear
message from Chrome's user base that this is a bad decision.
