For object iteration order, there has been uniform behavior across all versions of IE, all versions of Netscape Navigator, all versions of Mozilla/Firefox, all versions of Safari, earlier versions of Chrome, all versions of Opera prior to 10.
In other words there was has been reliable behavior across 99.5+% percent of all browsers since 1994 (16 years now) until the introduction of Google Chrome and the unfortunate focus on synthetic benchmarks at the expense of real world performance.
