src/x64/assembler-x64.h or src/mips/assembler-mips*

The LICENSE file should mention all parts of the code which do not fall
under the regular copyright and license of the project. The third
bullet-point in this file mentions the Strongtalk code for ARM and ia32,
but not for x86 or mips.
