I've slightly modified the patch to share more of the WeakMap runtime code,
by
adding a new %UnwrapGlobalProxy() function to handle the only special logic
that
was in ObservationWeakMap{Get,Set}. Also slightly cleaned up the
ObservationWeakMap class in object-observe.js.
