It's not regression, because we didn't have code which will measure the
memory consumption like this.
Repro:
Patch in https://codereview.chromium.org/12211072 , build for Android, then
just run:
tools/perf/run_multipage_benchmarks --browser=android-chrome
memory_benchmark --page-filter="wordpress" tools/perf/page_sets/top_25.json
on the host machine, get the crash log, symbolize it (check Android dev
instructions on how to do that).
