FYI: https://code.google.com/p/v8/source/detail?r=13631 has the new API
now. I hopefully made the deprecated entry a bit more resilient against a
non-existent Isolate, so things should work for now. Nevertheless, it is
really the embedder's task to provide a sane non-NULL Isolate and use the
new API entry.
