This is an effort to improve readability of BuildEmitDeepCopy while keeping
the
recursive nature of this function. This will help to support multiple
spaces for
allocation in BuildFastLiteral. Splitting-up BuildEmitInObjectProperties
into
multipel subfunctions may not be necessary.

Refacturing BuildEmitDeepCopy.
