New issue 2746 by [email protected]: GetHiddenValue returns an empty
handler if the value is 'undefined'.

GetHiddenValue() returns an empty v8::Handle if the value it is returning
is v8::Undefined(). This is leads to trouble in Blink if we set a hidden
value to v8::Undefined() and later need to differentiate between whether
this value has been set to v8::Undefined() or has never been set at all.
