on "window" do not behave properly

Not sure if this is a v8 bug or a Blink bug, but:
```
var key = '42';
window[key] = "wut";
Object.getOwnPropertyNames(window).indexOf(key); // -1 (!)
Object.hasOwnProperty(window, key); // false (!)
Object.keys(window).indexOf(key) !== -1; // true
Object.getOwnPropertyDescriptor(window, key).value; // "wut"
```
If key is changed to 'a42' things improve, although hasOwnProperty still
returns false?
