New issue 2820 by [email protected]: Content of variables not used in
closures cannot be inspected
http://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=2820
In this code:
var c = 10;
(function(){
console.log(5);
})();
If I put a breakpoint on console.log, I am not be able to inspect the value
of c
But if I use:
var c = 10;
(function(){
c += 0;
console.log(5);
})();
Now when I am stopped on console.log, I can magically inspect the value of
c.
In first example in Safari, I can see the content of c if I have a
breakpoint on console.log
