We currently normalize elements store for all objects when they become
observed. This is only used as a signal to the codegen to drop into the
runtime.
After jkummerow landed https://code.google.com/p/v8/source/detail?r=15743,
Adam prototyped a patch to remove this hack (which I've updated) here:
https://codereview.chromium.org/29353003/.
The patch passes O.o tests in Debug, but fails Release.
