This proposal is going into the wrong direction: From a design point of
view, v8 is not the right place to provide storage for the embedder just
because it is convenient to do so (at least initially). Actually we are
actively removing similar stuff right now (e.g. the TLS for the current
Isolate etc.).
In this concrete example, the embedder should know what was passed to
SetArrayBufferAllocator, so what is the point of retrieving it through the
embedder's API?
