In looking at https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=326030 I
see not-quite-identical repeated builds in v8_snapshot.lib.
I've attached the dumpbin /all /disasm for two builds. You can see the
differing data in section 31 in the dumps.
It's not a large difference (so not that important) but if you can identify
it, it would be nice.
