Reduced somewhat:
(function f(){
var f;
print(f);
with ({});
})();
(function f(){
var f;
print(f);
})();
print(typeof f);
The with scope forces both f (the function name and the variable) to be
context allocated. That somehow fails at resolving to the correct one.
