Proposal:
Step 1) Introduce a new instance type WEAK_FIXED_ARRAY_TYPE and assign it
to all existing weak fixed arrays: transition arrays, dependent code
arrays, map caches in native context. This would allow DevTool to recognize
weak arrays.
Step 2) Chain all weak fixed arrays together and get rid of custom handling
in the Map marking visitor and in ClearNonLiveReferences.
