Google verteld (naast héél veel ongeruste/argwanende vragen) o.a.dit ; its just a direct dial number which is used by SKYPE(chat, voip, messenger)... of course its possible that someone try to prank you trough skype, but it can be also a contact/friend from your skype list. This number just mean that someone(anyone if you know this person or not) is calling you by using skype thats it. You can not call back this number, also it will make no extra costs. Skype have this function to make phone/cellphone calls if you load your account by using something like call through. With this number you can not identify the person who call you. All telecommunications who offer call through doing it that way. so just relax and if you dont know the talking person hang up.
