Chris,
I don't know the part number of your shock but what ever shock you get it
will likely have a solid bushing. To remove the bushing, use a hair dryer
or heat gun, warm the rubber until it is soft. Now, just push the bushing
out of the shock and split it with a knife or razor blade. I did this for
the shocks on my trailer and it worked okay.
