What about retro-fitting one of the newer model
Airstream Door Locks to an older Airstream. I just looked at the door lock for a
1999 today and it looked like it might work with of course some modifications to
the door lock opening. The newer lock seems to be more secure. I don't know if
this would be practical or cost effective. Any thoughts.
