I made a utility trailer floor out of that stuff. It was VERY heavy plywood
(like all treated lumber seems to be). It's been sitting in wet conditions
 under wet leaves, gravel, coal, etc.)  for over four years and shows no
signs of deterioration at all. I'm sure it wouldn't rot in a trailer. The
stuff I used was very smelly when I first installed it, but it's been
sitting outside in the weather since it was made and now I don't smell it
any more. I don't know what it would do in an enclosed trailer.
