Hi Roger.
On the WBCCI Membership page there is a place to put the previous Number.
http://www.wbcci.org/MembershipApp.asp
Just check the box as a previous membership number, most of the 5 digit
numbers are available unless the previous owners are still active in the
club. They will send a letter assigning a number and a unit to pay dues to
by geographic area. If one does not want to join a local unit they can join
as a Member at Large (MAL).
