All true Jim and good comments, except, the WDCU is Unit #170.  They
recycle unit numbers also.  Although the WDCU  is the newest Unit in the
WBCCI, there is a unit number 176.    Some units dissolve, or merge with
other units, then they recycle the unit numbers.  Just a bit a trivia.
Does anyone know what unit used to be #170??
