Hi Guys,
As a follow on to my previous reply!
Here's what Bud had to say in his FAQ Responses:

WINDOWS

Q: I have a 62 and the gray strips of plastic which hold the window glass
are falling out. Where can I get new ones?
A: These windows were made by:

Hehr International
1103 W, Pearl Street
Chesaning MI 48616
Ph. 517-845-3061
Ask for Customer Service
Years 1952 through 1958 used a model called "Standard", 1959 through 1965
use HallMark 12. The part you refer to is called the glass retainer strip.
Unfortunately it is no longer made but you can order a fair substitute under
part number 009-311 which costs $.40 per foot. (gray or black)
Remove the old strips, Cut sections of the 009-311 to fit each side and
bevel the ends to fit. On the back side of the molding is a protruding ridge
that is supposed to snap into the frame. It is the wrong shape for your
frame so slice it completely off with a razor knife. Cement the pieces in
place with silicone caulking .

The question about the plastic retainer strips on the outside, still hasn't
been answered. Are they functional or cosmetic?
I have three trailers, a '61 and 2- '63's all with the HallMark 12 design.
Almost all the windows leak depending on which way the wind blows. If the
Hehr Replacement is not satisfactory maybe this spring after the 2 feet of
snow melts. I can get out to one of the trailers to get a sample to send to
Steve and see if he can come up with a suitable replacement.
What ya say Steve??

WAM

Scott,
I wonder if the yr/model you are working on does not have Hehr C1200 windows
(the p/n is on the lower external trim frame). I noticed it was not a clean
changover in 1959 for all the models. I just used the 009-311 to repair a '
60 Tradewind, and it fit great on it too. Got a digital camera that you
could take a close-up of the profile and post it?

The 009-311 can be seen at the bottom of page
