Scott- Thanks for the feedback on your fridge vent (in and out). I think
I'll go with the louvered panel cut into the access door (with bug screen),
and stick with my original in-wall exit vent. If that doesn't do the trick,
Ill add the fan and try to boost flow out of the top vent.
Looks like I'm going to go with the Norcold N300.
