Sharon, you have several choices. Your tanks are out of date and need
to be recertified. It is cheaper to buy two new tanks from Sam's
($22.95 each) and a new regulator for safety sake. The new tanks have
the new "OPD", mandated safety valve. New valves installed are about
$25 each. If you can buy a new tank (Manchester, steel), with valve,
for $22, then your question is answered. If you want the beautiful
aluminum tanks, they are available from Airstream Dreams, for about $135
each.
