The limit of the pressurized air tank is that there has to be a
significant portion of the tank left to air, to make the system work
well, which cuts back on the capacity to haul water. Otherwise it makes
for convenient water use without the need to run the pump (compressor)
as often. Since then, most have decided to use the total tank volume for
air and let an on demand pump move the water.
