I've always liked the pressurized system because the pump doesn't come
on each time you turn on a faucet or flush the toilet, especially when
you have a good head of air on a partial tank of water.  It doesn't have
anymore tendencies to leak than a demand pump system.  I think the pump
is still made, too. (Grover)
