Tuna/Sarah your ideas are great!  I would love to own a piece of Shady Dell 
and would not have any trouble with renaming it to honor Bill.  I think this 
is a dream come true.  I would guess it might end up being just a dream, but 
would be interested if any further discussion develops.  We probably couldn't 
make a huge investment, but if enough of us get together who knows what might 
happen?
