The handle itself is not damaged, only the set screw has been lost. Cliff
told me that the lock brand was "KT" (something I did not know) and that
they are "high end" originals and not cheap to replace (about $450 to
replace the whole lockset). Anyway, the set screw is a #8 with 32 threads
per inch and a replacement is about 3/8" long. Standard hardware store
fare, but he told me he had them if I wasn't able to find one locally.
