I am unaware of any VAC rallies within Virginia. Several VAC members formed
a WBCCI unit in DC. I would highly recommend contacting them. They have a
website at http://www.servintfree.net/wbcci-dc . If they are too far away
for you there are WBCCI units within Virginia that you may be interested in.
