Yes, yes, and yes.

Drop the belly skin at the rear and measure the space between frame rails,
depth, and space front to rear between cross frame supports in that area.
Then determine how large a tank can be retrofitted, and locate a
similar-sized poly tank.  It will not be difficult to install a Thetford RV
toilet, cut a hole through the floor, and in the top of the tank, then
connect the two.
