Scott,
I wouldn't jump the gun about replacing it since it is
only two years old. The furnaces that I have worked
on, usually have been something minor such as dirt in
the line or the orfice being plugged. The hole is very
tiny in the orfice and the smallest amount of dirt if
left unprotected can accumulate in there.
