Same thing happened to me. I tried to take it off, got all of the screws
out, and it wouldn't move a 1/4 of an inch. I wondered if mine was "glued"
to the trailer with Vulkem. I'm afraid to pull too hard on it for fear of
breakage. I'm sure there are no more of our vintage available.
