Is any one at the
International Rally in Souix Falls ?? I have been trying to read the local
newspaper <Argus Leader > on line to read about the Rally ...but to NO
avail !! each year I was able to catch all the news articles about the
Rally in the local papers but I guess the Argus Leader doesn"t carry any news
