The web page have menu on top, you shoould have a look at those. as Michell said, getting started is good.
I wrote a couple of blog posts of how I use vagrant, if you want to have a look http://kikitux.net/vagrant/vagrant.html http://kikitux.net/vagrant/vagrant-part2.html and I suggest you writ in a more friendly manner, as reading your email sounds a bit harsh? If you are non linux guy, and you don't want to use vms with linux, that is vagrant on windows to use windows vm.. you can say that. If I read your email I don't see if you want to use vms on linux or what etc.. anyone can play the harsh attitude.
