Attempting to install the plugin on a domain-joined computer with a domain
account fails. I was able to install to the same computer running a local
account.

Administator failed to take ownership of install directory
Bundler, the underlying system Vagrant uses to install plugins,
reported an error. The error is shown below. These errors are usually
caused by misconfigured plugin installations or transient network
issues. The error from Bundler is:
