That's what my old year-old+ copy says too:

% openssl x509 -in CAcert-root-class1.crt -fingerprint -noout
SHA1 Fingerprint=13:5C:EC:36:F4:9C:B8:E9:3B:1A:B2:70:CD: 80:88:46:76:CE:8F:33

%ls -l CAcert-root-combined.crt
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4720 2007-04-23 16:02 CAcert-root-combined.crt

I was going to sign this with my CACert key, but it appears my mailer isn't recognizing it today and 5 minutes of troubleshooting didn't solve it. Sorry.
