Greetings List Lurkers,
I have found a site which asks you some questions and then generates a
rewrite rule. Something called the rewrite rule witch.

Note, each https site MUST have it's own IP address because the SSL
negotiations happens before the domain name is told to apache. So if
your firewall/router is doing NAT (meaning single IP address presented
to the outside world) you're going to have to choose one or the other to
run on port 443. You can still run the other website using HTTPS, but
you'll have to change it to a different port number. i.e.
https://twdp.hobby-site.org:9443/ instead.
Now you might be saying but isn't svn.twdp.hobby-site.org and
twdp.hobby-site.org the same website? Not to a SSL certificate, they
are locked down to the exact domain name that you create them for.
Personally, I'd switch it around so https://twdp.hobby-site.org is your
only HTTPS site and then have https://twdp.hobby-site.org/svn/ redirect
to your repository. That way you'll only need to generate a single SSL
certificate and won't have the NAT/firewall issues over port 443.
