Strange request --

Does anyone know of a "caching" TFTP server? I have a series of remote
sites connected via T1's. At these sites I have machines that need to use a
TFTP server to obtain a Linux kernel to boot. Right now they all load the
kernel and modules off a remote server -- and it can take 5-10 minutes per
machine to load. I would like to have a local TFTP server that will check
the master server for updates -- much like how Squid works as a HTTP cache.

I would like to avoid manually syncing the files between servers -- and just
maintain a master server that the local caches could check (weekly?) for
updates. Option #2 (less preferable) is going to be a dailyweekly rsync
between servers and local TFTP servers -- but the prior would be "cleaner"
and less maintenance.
