Are you aiming for this as a security measure? If so, you'd probably be 
better-served by deploying either an open network that doesn't allow the client 
to go anywhere without using a VPN, or WPA2 Enterprise* which can authenticate 
clients against your central user database. Both approaches offer the benefit 
of encrypting users' traffic for _their_ security while improving the security 
of your own network (MAC address spoofing is sort of old hat for wireless 
crackers, these days). And both can be done with either commercial- or FOSS 
tools.

* Even the cheap Linksys WRT-54G I have at home will do WPA2 Enterprise.
