There was some talk about a VAGUE meeting tomorrow evening. Can anybody
remind me of the specifics?
Finally, I was trying to watch streams from the Canadian Broadcasting
Corporation at http://cbc.ca/video, and discovered that some streams were
blocked from cross border viewing. Is this censorship a mechanism built
into the streaming system, in this case flash, or rather built into the
browser.
Also, why the restriction?
