Yea, I saw the little blurb about "licensing"...

I just wonder what licensing agreements apply and to which programs?

Note that I can watch some programs (e.g. The Hour) but not others.

I feel a bit like a victim.  I like Canadian television.

Can I listen to NPR or watch PBS in Canada? After all we are in all cases talking about "Government Media" (sorry to open that one up again!!! :^).
